Quality Café (Student Work)

Designed by Lálszó Sándor, Hungary. He won "The promise of yeras of creative" Visual Arts Project and Exhibition in BKF (Budapest College of Communication and Business).

The goal was to create the corporate identity for this "coffee shop", which sells varieties of high-quality coffee. The company's initials shape is a coffee cup. The brown centre of letter "Q" can be used as colour codes on the packaging. The logotype is a modern, playful typeface which is to solve the geometric containment of the logo. Different shades of brown colour indicate the type of coffee roasting in the cup. The colours of the rings on the saucers offer three colour variations indicating different areas of this company.

The beige colours of the labels complement the natural brown colors of the paper-boxed packages. The packaging can be manufactured in advanced with only the logotype printed on all natural paper boxes and bags. The rest of the packaging uses adhesive stickers, which act as labels featuring the different variety of roast. Standard sized stickers are used on the bottom of the boxes for required information (ie. expiration date).
