Duality is a concept that may appear in many ways: male and female, day and night, good and evil, black and white. Two different elements doomed to meet sometime.

Similarly, the Empordà shire is a land of garnatxa and samsó, two grape varieties with special and different characteristics that may be beautifully balanced.

Mesclats offers the opportunity to play and experience the art of blending in first person and thus living the experience of the wine producer in the cellar. The search for balance will take you to paths that are yet to be discovered.
