    Spouses Policarpio & Patricia Dipasupil started making Longanisa in their meat stall at the Baguio City Market in the early 1950’s. They introduced 2 varieties of Longanisa: de Hamon – with sweet ham-like flavor and de Recado – with garlic and spices.

    Over the years, the family improved on the original recipe which has evolved into the famous Baguio Longanisa. The products are made with only pure, lean pork and without any extenders, fillers nor carcinogenic ingredients like sodium nitrite, food coloring and MSG. To keep freshness, they are vacuum packed and frozen right after processing.

    Our line of Baguio products is made in small batches with dedicated time and attention to create delicious and sumptuous longanisa.
