    X Marks the Spot is a wine brand and label created by Thirst Craft. The concept has been created to explore how wine label design can have more depth and give a consumer an interactive experience.

    We created a bold and simple design that evoked a sense of needing to dig deeper to find hidden treasure. The red X has a perforated edge that can be peeled back by the drinker to reveal a hidden pearlescent and holographic texture beneath.

    While we always want consumers to love the look of our work, we enjoy adding an extra dimension to packaging design that enriches the drinker's experience with a label. We believe wine packaging should be something that you not only enjoy with your eyes but your other senses too, as you do with the wine inside the bottle.
