Coney Island is the oldest hot dog stand in America located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was established in 1914 and has become a local favorite. The Coney Island experience is different than any other food experience you’ll ever encounter. The identity design for Coney Island had to reflect its fun, quirky personality. I found inspiration in vernacular lettering and incorporated these fun elements into the packaging.

What’s Unique?
The hot dog container allows for users to dine in with the hot dog container in its tray style, and then the hot dog can be made on-the-go by sliding the box around the tray to enclose the hot dog for travel. The hamburger wrap allows the cooks to fold the wrap to indicate whether it is a cheeseburger or hamburger for quick identification and organization.
