Chocolate company (corona) was founded in the year 1919 in Ismalia Egypt, Later the factory moved to Alexandria and it was the most known Egyptian made chocolate. However, the quality of the chocolate is rich and premium tho the old packs did not reflect any of that. As the old packs gave the feeling that the chocolate is cheap and tasteless.
The project portraits new packaging designs for 5 flavors of the ” corona chocolates “: Orange – Strawberry – Lemon Mint – Light chocolate & dark chocolate. The Old logo is iconic so we’re not changing it.

What’s the story behind the deer in the project? The company has a great story and the deer in the logo has a story behind it from the past. Vack in the past the owner of the factory used to give breaks to his workers. They used to play football next to the factory and there was a deer in the woods next to the land where the factory was. The deer always stayed peacefully and watched the workers plan. One day the deer died.. They considered it family & everyone was touched by the death of the deer. So the Owner decided to put the deer in the logo to honor it.. Forever.

What’s Unique?
Every pack has a story that reflects its flavor, enhancing the deer that has a great story for the brand and giving it multiple looks based on the flavor. The Art direction is detailed and the drawing process took a lot of time and effort to give the chocolate back its rich feel.
