Modern, cool and revolutionary, Yo Sushi brought the concept of a Japanese ‘kaiten’ sushi bar to London in 1997 and launched the original and most famous sushi brand in the UK. Our challenge was to communicate the unique, fast, fun and exciting ’20 minutes in Tokyo’ Yo Sushi restaurant experience in a range of takeaway packaging that was both easy to use and conveyed the quality of the food.
