The objective of this project was to create a revolutionary design for an existing destillery in the spirits category. The revolutionary design will take the brand and product line and reposition it to a premium, upscale image along with a shipping container.

Forty Creek is a Canadian spirit brand known for enhancing the heritage of the Canadian whisky. Although it’s a fairly new brand, the owner, who is originally a wine maker by trade, has been distilling for the past 20 years. Over the years, the craftsmanship of the Canadian spirit was disappearing amongst distillery closings and consolidations. Wanting to keep the heritage and craftsmanship in tact, the new revolutionary design approach would embrace elements reflecting tradition. The bottle and the shipping container are laser engraved with gear and cog secondary graphics to reflect a unique steam punk feel. A slender bottle was chosen to give the design a modern and sophisticated approach to the concept.
