Ajá is a confectioners handmade stamp founded by a grandmother from the Colombian Caribbean coast. Before becoming a brand, Mama (as her relatives and close friends call her) gave all her delicious jams and sweets at Christmas until the moment people started doing commissions and jams became her business. From that moment we started working with her developing the concept of the name and image of Ajá. The name came from a research we did with friends and relatives of hers that highlighted her habit of answering whatever she is asked with the characteristic “ajá ” from the coast.

In addition to her exceptional culinary skills, she spends her time on other handicrafts like cross-stitch from which the artwork style is derived.
