Co-products in food represent an important amout of food waste.

Co-products include all waste generated during the selection or processing of edible food, like off-caliber fruits, ugly vegetables, carrot tops, peels or kernels.

“Les Co-tartinables” is a project that brings together a traditional spread and its co-product.

Noyoka is an eco-innovative recipe, based on avocado kernel, used during the preparation of guacamole.
