As part of a student project, we were tasked in creating the branding and packaging for a company that we create our selves. The packaging should work within a system but be able to stand out by themselves. My company, King & Market, is a handcrafted small batch, specialty chocolate company that resides in the heart of Charleston, SC. Our packaging system should work together as a group, as well as an individual packaging. As such, the packaging of my chocolates can stand alone to project the information of the bar, while also telling the consumer about the brand.

What’s Unique?
This packaging uses my individual style to communicate the message and to solve the design problem that we were given at the start of this project. All of the design, printing, construction, and photography was done by me. I utilized the understanding of typography, design principles and color principles to come up with this packaging system, and all of the branding and packaging was completed in just one month.
