Sattu is a flour consisting of a mixture of ground pulses and cereals from India and Pakistan. The dry powder is prepared in various ways as a principal or secondary ingredient of dishes. In Indian states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand, Sattu is extensively used in several dishes and regional cuisine.

Sattu drink is healthy for most of the people. It contains significant amounts of vitamins and minerals, especially protein. In summer especially, consuming the Sattu drink has cooling properties that keep one active throughout the day.

Satu drink is beneficial in many ways. Yet we know very less about it. This packaging design project aims at making Sattu drink popular by bringing ready-made sattu drink in the market and also taking a creative approach in its visual language.
