NICOLETTE’S NOTES is a non-alcoholic wine brand that mimics flavor components of wines that contains alcohol. Targeted to consumers who are on a temporary break from drinking, who already have been drinking but want to keep the party going, or who have a very low tolerance to alcohol and don’t want to feel left out, this brand offers superb taste in each of the varietals.

What’s Unique?
NICOLETTE’S NOTES has alternative ingredients to mimic traditional alcoholic wines such as those found in herbal teas – camomile, hibiscus, and hydrangeas – that contain significant amounts of tannins and aromatic notes.
