Lif is a premium 100% birch sap organic drink from Finland. It is based on principles of sustainability and simplicity and uses only local suppliers. The product comes in three different, but very mild, flavors; cloudberry, cranberry and lemon balm and lingonberry and sea buckthorn leaves.

The client wanted the product design to emphasize simplicity, but still have a very strong and recognizable appearance. They also wanted us to avoid traditional images of birches, as they are very closely connected to the Finnish sauna.

I made a clean and Scandinavian look for the bottles, with a strong expression of the birch in silver foil. Together with the strong typography it says all that is needed; a pure product with just a hint of taste in each bottle.

What’s Unique?
The old school glass bottle and screw cap together with a modern typography and silver foil gives this bottle a very significant twist! The combination works very well and attracts interest whenever presented.
