Fuze Branding worked with Baron + Brass from the development of a company name and product naming, visual identity design, packaging design, and copywriting.

In our interactions with Josh, the founder of Baron + Brass, we learned that he has a passion for quality and going above and beyond the industry standards when it comes to crafting a formula for his small-batch brewed men's grooming products. He is very much an artisan who tinkers with each product until it has the perfect combination of essential and nourishing oils, and his amazing beard oil features his secret blend of 7 carrier oils to soften and enhance facial hair.

We took our design cues from his love of handcrafted products, and we implemented them in the refined, but still handcrafted look, of his identity and packaging design. We chose natural textures such as craft and hand illustrated elements to represent the brand's process. The warm color palette speaks to the approachability of Baron + Brass, which seeks to appeal to the "Everyman," something also evidenced in the subtle humor woven throughout the brand's packaging and design assets.

What's Unique?
We chose the square glass flagon for housing Baron + Brass' flagship beard oil product, giving it a masculine feel that references vintage apothecary or whiskey bottles. It really drives home the handcrafted, throwback vibe of the brand.
