The story that was transmitted by word of mouth, from house to house and from town to town, talks about Juan, an old fisherman who was accused of lying and expelled from the hidden beaches of Lo de Marcos, a small town in Nayarit, Mexico, he was thrown for telling stories of giant sturgeon, colored sacred stones, mermaids and newts.

From this legend comes the brand of caviar THE REAL JUAN a brand throug its image full of colors, its carefree illustrations, and its packaging that comes out of the margins established for the sale of caviar, strives to be a satire of the products of high quality found on the shelves of supermarkets.
