The customer wanted to achieve a visual look that differs from the ‘standard’ of white packaging board and something that is unique and different to their industry (e-lequid). We then came up with a solution to NOT use traditional litho print but focus more on the finishing aspect of packaging design while using a 320gsm Jetblack packaging board. We then opted for a gold foil all around the carton with a spot UV on the lid of the carton. With all these aspects combined, along with the texture of the board. The carton then came to life with a unique value add on their packaging.
