The history of today’s private brewery Zwettl can be dated back to 1708.

“Saphir” – the beer speciality from Zwettler combines several qualities of a premium beer and is the masterpiece of the brewmaster. Distinctive, elegant and slim, this is how it presents itself as a beer for demanding lovers of our time. The PACOON Hamburg design agency was able to express the characteristic, expressive and individual in the design upgrade. The relevant rituals of premium brands were identified and interpreted in a balanced and harmonious manner.

The newly designed saphire logo combines aesthetics with understatement. In combination with the Golden Zwettler coat of arms it underlines the character of the beer and stands for exquisite beer pleasure. The reduction of the gold content in combination with matt/gloss finishes in black forms the perfect background.

The result presents Zwettler Saphir Premium-Pils in an extremely stylish and elegant brand appearance – a beer for special moments. Beside the bottles with 0,33 liter, there is a suitable designed glass, as well as an 8er container, which is offered in restaurants with great beer expertise and in well-assorted shops.
