The challenge was to create a revolutionary redesign so that the label represented the French spirit of the product, whilst combining it with a new world style.

It was granted a style close to a typical “French Chateau” label.

The request stated an update to the design whilst maintaining its identity, increasing the perceived value in accordance with its real value. Due to the type of product, a revolutionary change could be made since it did not involve the risk of losing consumers. The aim was to enhance the vibrant blue and the coat of arms of the Marnier family Group.

Proposal
Work with a style closer to a typical “French chateau” label. With the vibrant blue that is an asset to the brand, added to the engraved type illustration.

Result
Instead of a chateau, the ultra modern winery located in the Apalta Valley, Chile, is shown. All the work is enhanced with the use of printing techniques that combine relief and low relief, sculptured stamping and printing.

In the market it has had a very good reception by consumers and the trade.
