The selection of the dampener was made based on sheer size. The product is sold in pairs of two in a blister pack or in a box of 100 pieces. When bought in a pack once it was opened, the dampener was either on the racquet or in the side pocket of the kit which easily gets lost due to the size. Packaging for the dampener was made keeping in mind this insight. What if the packaging becomes the container for the dampener so that it is never misplaced? Brand identity is crucial when it comes to identifying a product. The brand taken for this classroom project is BABOLAT. The graphic layout is also revisited keeping in mind the brand language.

What’s Unique?
First is the unique shape catering directly for the brand Babolat. Secondly the application of a live hinge box to make the packaging reusable as a container for the dampener.
