The main purpose of this project was to rethink the identity of Russian culture and create both modern and aesthetically beautiful package inspired by traditional holiday in spring called Maslenitsa.

Jam is always about cosiness, home and warmth.

The design of this package was inspired by polka dot patterns in which our grandmothers usually wrap homemade jams and gift it to us. Patterns on package are based on product flavor: cranberry, peach, blueberry and gooseberry.

Maslenitsa festival celebrates the ending of cold winter and start of spring time. This is why on pattern fruits and berries are like snow-covered. The illustrations themselves are made only by circles and have the volume made by gradient effect.
