The everyday art of cheese. We were tasked to update the branding and packaging of a cheese collection — in a country where good tasting cheese is incredibly sparse. To celebrate great flavour now available in any supermarket, we combined the style of traditional Dutch paintings with everyday objects one can find in their kitchen.

What’s Unique?
Our idea was quite simple. An image that looks like traditional Flemish still life painting with a small twist — every image contains a modern object. An idea was simple but production was complicated. Four days we shot still life pictures that already looked like Flamish paintings. Then we spent a few months precisely, pixel by pixel turning photos into oil paintings.
