The Baker’s Plant was established on 14.01.2013 at the expense of the preferential loan of the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support and the funds of Delta Group C.O. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the plant. The purpose of the plant is to meet the demand in this field with the bread and bakery products produced entirely automated, in a production facility, where sanitary and hygienic norms are expected. With the equipment and technical support of Werner & Pfleiderer, Germany, each stage of production a separate control system was applied.
