This project was developed for the Fattoria Teatina winery. Extra virgin olive oil is extracted from the land of Pianella in Abruzzo – Italy. The oil contained in the bottle is a precious and exclusive product obtained from ancient plants the number of bottles produced is very low because it is made exclusively with a certain number of plants. The minimal composition of the design expresses the value and the premium character of every drop of olive oil and at the same time capable of differentiating itself with an artistic and mystical essence.

The challenge was to create a product with a premium image capable of attracting people with high nutritional and taste standards very attentive to the quality and purity of the product.

What’s Unique?
The label was designed as a single label with two main fronts.

On the first front, there is a conceptual symbol: the logotype means an olive in section, the concentric lines represent the vital energy, the fleshy part and at the same time the shape of the jars used in Ancient Rome to preserve the oil under the ground. They are both physical and conceptual distinctive attributes into its visual identity.

On the second front, there is a text that declares, in Italian verses, the qualities and emotions that this product will express to the taste.
