Roca Guillera ratafia joins the spirit of going to the forest of Scouts and Francisca Pastells knowledge. Precisely she, a woman in love with the forest and an appreciated ratafia maker, lived near the Roca Guillera, a summit that gives name to the Scouts and to these two limited edition products: ratafia and infusion.

The infusion offers a sensory experience suitable for all ages (adults and children) based on Santa Coloma de Farners’s forests.

What’s Unique?
A project that mixes youth and experience, where youngers learned to know and collect the herbs from the environment guided by the Ratafia’s Brotherhood. The master Xavier Codina (Ratafia Russset) has been in charge of showing how the herbs are transformed into this liquor following the Francisca’s recipe. And Pep Mascarós (Tegust) give the support to transfer the recipe at the infusions world.
