As part of the extended Baggio Café products, Salvatore pays tribute to its founder, offering speciality espresso coffee with a focus on international flavors. With a goal to cater to younger palates, the approach is an intersection of the classic texture of ‘crema’ –widely considered to be a gold standard in espresso brewing– with color differentiation for each variety.
