Tribe Skincare brand appointed London-based designer Elsa P. Lebedeva to create packaging design for their line of products for people with eczema, damaged and sensitive skin. The philosophy of the brand is based on providing the way of treating eczema, sensitive and damaged skin by combining traditional approach of using only 100% Natural Skincare (to nourish and protect skin) with Organic Raw Super-Powders (nature’s most potent medicine to boost the immune system) and Organic Herbal Teas (botanical blends carefully formulated to work together to heal the skin from the inside out).

The objective was to interpret modern sleek minimalistic packaging into the visual language of the traditional apothecary. Based on a growing demand for natural traditional remedies to restore skin to its optimum health and vitality, the brief was to create packaging distinctive enough to attract attention, that is a 100% recyclable to promote low resin weight PET jars and bottles. Another important factor was for the packaging to follow the product—clean, efficient, unisex, universal, contemporary, and personal. The design uses a simple, distinctive, elegant typographic system to tie all products together.
