The “Pastry flour” project is a series of flour packages meant for specific types of pastries (Challa, Burekas and Pizza), which strives to turn baking into a sensory and humanistic experience, as well as encourage thoughtful consumerism by ensuring optimal use of the entire capacity of the package. The project received the 2019 Meyers Award for package design at Bezalel Academy. The project was part of a second-year package design course led by the lector Ernesto Bijovsky, at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, Israel.
