Ceratonia & Teratsina are two drinks made up from distilled carob, a new form of alcoholic drink that is unique worldwide. These two drinks have developed over the last three years by bringing together the strong food and cultural tradition of carobs in Cyprus with modern and innovative scientific research on the properties of the Cypriot carobs.

What’s Unique?
Ceratonia & Teratsina stand out for their unique taste and aroma. Teratsina combines distilled carob with carob honey to give it a smooth texture and a sweet taste, while Ceratonia is a strong drink made from distilled carob.
