Extra Virgin Olive Oil Otello and Norma are dedicated to grandfather Francesco Cillo, in celebration of his life-long dedication to olive growing and passion for Italian opera. It is the fruit of beautiful land and of the hard toil of small farm growers who still produce in the old traditional way, picking the olives by hand and cold-pressing them the same day in the family-owned oil mills, personally carrying out each phase of the oil making process.

What’s Unique?
The shape of the bottles recalls that of the two lyric characters. The illustrations are obtained through different textures.
