The task is to recreate packaging design for Nokia 7.1 Smartphone. The packaging has to be state of the art and represent the company's slogan "Connecting People". The design approach is to create innovative packaging that will stand out, to help promote the brand.
Triangular rectangle box was created taking inspiration from display stands, executed in a single sheet 300gm bleach card. Separate compartments were created for other components of a smartphone. The 2d design on the box represent the brand’s slogan "CONNECTING PEOPLE". 3d Geometric shapes are used to give the effect of different people connecting in abstraction.
What's Unique?
A different opening style and shape makes the packaging unique.
Joadesigns created 2D design for users who require sophisticated drawing and design features, but don’t want to spend a lifetime learning to use them. Although designed with professional capability, its ease of use means that 2D Design is the CAD standard for the vast majority of UK secondary schools.
