Neqta is a naturally uplifting milk drink, made with nothing more than semi-skimmed milk, dates and one other whole food ingredient. Light, naturally sweet and refreshing, Neqta is the perfect pick-me-up for when you need a lift during your day.

Why dates?
Dates have been used as a source of nutrition throughout the ages. They are also high in fibre, a good source of vitamins, minerals and contain powerful antioxidants. Dates are a great tasting way to replace refined sugar in your diet. As carbohydrates, they have the ability to boost energy levels. Since dates only contain simple sugars, those are converted to glucose for cells to use as energy. And this is not even the best part…

Slow release energy
Dates have low GI (glycemic index), which means they will be digested slowly by our bodies, keeping energy levels even throughout the day. Slow release of energy ensures athletes have got enough strength to perform well during their activity. Slow release energy is of great importance for sports nutrition, and we cannot recommend dates enough.

Sports Nutrition par excellence
Yes, you’ve read it right – dates contain protein, too! They’re not known as a ‘Superfruit’ for nothing. Although fruits in general are not famous for their protein content, dates are among the fruits with highest amount of protein. 100g of dates have about 2.5g of protein, which might not sound much as compared to meat, but considering you get the proteins from a fruit, dates do indeed make the case for sports nutrition.

The designs have been crafted to reflect this simplicity, leading with a minimalist lowercase brandmark featuring a creative twist in the descender of the ‘q’. Housed within a distinctive drop-shaped frame and set against a variant-specific vibrant background, the range conveys an appealing contemporary freshness.
