Anyone familiar with the name Contesa would be well aware that it is a winery unlike any other. A living testament born out of the unbreakable bond between our family and our grapevines, it is a connection fortified by the bountiful lands that our vineyards call home. The story of our winery is one forged in a stalwart refusal to compromise our values; which has, oftentimes, brought us to make difficult decisions toward protecting and advancing the interests of our estate.

Many men and women from generations before us have devoted their lives to this family enterprise to ensure its continuity and its resilience, and the success of our thriving winery today bears testament to the integrity, conviction, and pride our ancestors had of their own roots – in a land that has long known them.
