Sajú was born in Colombia in 2016, they created their brand with the idea to make glasses-straps fashion accessories that all-aged customers wanted to use. They had a huge growth in our country, selling more than 100K units in the first 3 years, and at the end of 2019, they hired Mellow&Banana, a local branding agency, to update their brand for their next step: International growth.

Mellow&Banana identified: 1) The Monkey and 2) The word “SAJU” as sacred assets that shouldn’t be modified.

Having in mind the sacred assets that should be kept in the packaging, they proposed a whole new approach letting it really clear for the customer the product that was packed and the color of the one they were choosing thru the acrylic window. The idea to add value to the product thru the packaging was one of the main objectives of this development.

What’s Unique?
The shape was custom created to fit all of the products of the brand. Also the branding, and the idea to sell glasses straps inside a box, adding value to the product.
