The Spice Agency were tasked to design a wine brand that fits within Prestigious / Classic design set targeting an older, more wine knowledgeable consumer. The design needed to command a higher shelf price through the smart use of a printed cap, paper stocks, high builds & foils.

A simple use of die cuts depict the ticket shape used on the trains with the crafted typeface being reminiscent of the era.

The Train to Nowhere brand name comes from the McLaren Vale in SA that has a closed railway station in Adelaide. It was a ground level stopping place during the passenger transport days and was an unattended crossing station after 1957. The stop is now disused with the entire Willunga railway line having been dismantled.
