Inspired by the wonderful flora from the amazon and the mysterious feeling these forests bring, the main character for these packaging are the illustrations of the amazon plants. I designed a cheerful and colorful landscape to highlight the idea of energy and well-being.

Wará means star in Kichwa, representing female power, guidance, energy and light. Because of its core values, we wanted to create a female hero and warrior represented through Wara’s isotype.

We started this wonderful brand from the naming to its brand and packaging. This ethical brand supports the empowerment of female Kichwa community from the Ecuadorian amazon rainforest since 70% of its producers are women who protect their cultural identity and protect their agroforestry system.

Moreover, cultivating Guayusa is a profitable alternative to the producers maintaining also a business model that prevents the destruction of their primary forests.

Wará is also a product that contains plenty nutritional benefits since it is appreciated for its unique balance of caffeine, antioxidants, vitamins, amino acids and its energy effect.
