Originating from Australia, Purezza, owned by Waterlogic, is a growing global brand in the hospitality environment and a more sustainable alternative for per-packaged bottle water. With these busy premises in mind, VBAT meticulously designed the bespoke and unique range of Petalosa bottles for the Purezza brand. In both aesthetic and ergonomic design, the bottles provide the ultimate in hygiene and handling requirements whilst simultaneously elevating the user experience for both the venue and the customer.

From an aesthetic perspective the bottles are visually captivating as they reference the organic, soft curvilinear lines of petals with a tapered form. The facetted glass of the bottle break the light unexpectedly and create a playful, noticeable effect. The tangible design also allows the user to appreciate this distinctive form whilst at the same time providing the comfortable handling for pouring. The minimalistic, understated branding is supporting the venues in creating a premium experience.

In the hospitality environment, hygiene is key and played a crucial role in the development of the bottles. From the finish, to the wider bottle mouth, to the shape of the neck and shoulders, all these elements work to optimise cleanability, in-flow of water during washing processes and preventing particle build-up ultimately achieving the highest of hygiene standards. The bottle height has also been considered to ensure that they can be used in standard glass and bottle dishwashers – saving time, money and energy. The bottles and caps are reusable and can be recycled as they are made of glass and the caps of metal.
