Every day approximately 8 million pieces of plastic waste finds their way into the oceans which leads to an average 12 million tonnes of plastic dumped into the ocean every year. 100,000 marine mammals and turtles and 1 million sea birds are killed by marine plastic pollution annually.

Biggest impact of marine plastics are the ingestion, suffocation and entanglement of hundreds of marine species. Marine wildlife mistake plastic waste for prey, and die as their stomachs are filled with plastic debris. They also suffer from lacerations, infections, reduced ability to swim, and internal injuries. Floating plastics also contribute to the spread of invasive marine organisms and bacteria, which disrupt ecosystems.

Environmental sustainability is the responsibility to conserve natural resources and protect global ecosystems to support health and wellbeing, now and in the future.Sustainable development has 3 goals: to minimize the depletion of natural resources, to promote development without causing harm to the environment and to make use of environmentally friendly practices.

Using Eco-Friendly and reusable products shows us how much plastic can be replaced and eliminated in an area. One of the best ways to fight plastic pollution is to ensure the products you buy are produced with both ethics and the environment in mind. Supporting those who make products out of recycled plastic helps them to spread the awareness of using sustainable products.

What’s Unique?
FeCa is a company aimed towards a sustainable and a greener future of the environment. By inspiring and encouraging people (target audiences include but not limited to Nature lovers/enthusiasts, Millenials and e to switch over to eco-friendly products, we want people to start and lead the change that helps in reducing plastic wastes in landfills and the oceans. FeCa gets its name by fusing the name of the two products that make our sustainability goal possible, Ferrous and Carbon, which makes stainless steel and fights against plastic in the battle of sustainability.
