Noodles are meant to be long and slurpy! As the noodles cakes tend to break and chip off due to poor shape, packaging, and clumsy storage this project aims at redesigning the packaging of Yippee noodles to avoid breakage and make storability easy after opening the pack, as pack of 4/6 noodles are usually not consumed at once. Also with the food shelves becoming more crowded with different instant noodle brands, the aim was to make the graphics stand out, look jovial and relevant to the youth. Whilst celebrating the variety of flavours, keeping in mind the sustainable approach, eco-friendly sustainable materials have been used.

What’s Unique?
The packaging redesign for Yippee noodles (pack of 4) tackles the issue of chipping off of noodle cakes by vertically stacking them. The packaging makes it easy to take the noodle cakes out and prevent breakage. The seal feature allows for easy storage in shelves, on kitchen counters, racks, etc. The base has a thin piece of hard paper for support that prevents damage during transportation and storage.

The graphics have been redesigned to appeal to the younger audience. Maintaining elements of its original brand (logo, name and flavours)the graphics have been redesigned with attractive colour schemes for it to stand out on the shelf and communicate a fun and youthful vibe.
