PASTRY GOSE ABRICOT RHUBARBE TONKA
This pastry sour is a real fruity and tangy pastry in a can! It is a subtle marriage between the sweetness of apricot and the acidity of rhubarb, with tonka bean arriving at the end of the palate to accentuate the pastry, gourmet and slightly sweet side of this beer. What happiness!

What’s Unique?
Typru worked the textures one by one with brushes made with acrylic paint and recomposed to give a perfect combination of colors and a summer composition like a fruit salad.
