Tieut is an intimate care company from South Korea. One of our main missions is to create products that help to improve gender equality. We started doing this in 2017 by creating a revolutionary shaped menstrual cup – the Tieutcup. A menstrual cup helps people who menstruate to deal with their period efficiently. Many women miss big opportunities due to period worries. Men don’t have this issue. And with a menstrual cup, women also don’t have to worry as much as they used to. It’s cheaper, eco-friendly and (once you get the hang of it) easier to use than tampons or pads.

Now – our next product focuses on a completely different inequality. Contraceptives. Quite often, it’s up to the men to get (or forget) condoms. We thought it’s time for a change and decided to create packaging that is attractive for men as well as women to buy so people can take the matter into their own hands.

The packaging is discreet but it also doesn’t hide what it’s for. A gender-neutral packaging for the health-conscious millenial.

What’s Unique?
We decided to step away from the traditional shaped packaging. Our goal was to innovate and to create a packaging that could, for example, be on your nightstand without feeling a need to hide it in your drawer. It kind of looks like it could be a scented candle or some night cream. Because it’s so close to your bed, it’s also slightly more convenient to reach for it when necessary.
