The new Gran Valtravieso label expresses the authenticity of the terroir where it is born. The high limestone moors in Piñel de Arriba (Spain) and an altitude of over 915 m above sea level have created an elegant, serious and profound wine; features which also define its design.

The style of the different elements that make up the design system is guided by the idea of projecting an apparently sober, essential beauty, which in fact conceals great richness and complexity inside.

Thus, the bottle is “dressed” in two versions: firstly, a paper wrapping the represents the texture of limestone mineral component of the soil. In this presentation, the bottle neck tag indicates the winery and explains the formula “3 winters/ 4 years” that makes Gran Valtravieso a unique wine.

The second design protects the bottle and is an individual case which combines black cardboard plus wood. When opened, the lid reveals both the mineral limestone texture and the text “3 winters/ 4 years”.

The Bordeaux bottle projects a powerful presence. Between its shoulders, a circular copper-toned metal seal becomes the focal point thanks to its prominent relief. Below the seal, a black velvet label softens these elements and identifies the wine.
