Longo’s winery is a prestigious reality that recovers the century-old tradition of marcs distillation.

Hypnos is a product of Longo’s winery, whose production is possible in the province of Salerno Italy, only and especially in Castello San Lorenzo’s village. The technique consists of making the must go through cotton caps repeatedly and slowly, so that Hypnos comes out drop by drop.
