The Folkowe Mecyje brand was created to rediscover Polish folk culture. In Old Polish ”mecyje” meant real delicacies! Start unusual journey along the folk route through our country taking delight in top quality chocolate. The pattern on each package was inspired by traditional folk art from another region of Poland. There are pattern inspired Łowicz, Opoczno and Kurpie cutouts, embroidery and motifs of folk costumes from Bilgoraj, Kraków, Kaszuby, Podhale and the Beskid Śląski. For foreigners the chocolate can be a nice souvenir from our country because all information are also given in English.

What’s Unique?
On the back of package there is information about the origin of the pattern and a map that allows to figure out which part of the Poland is each region.
