    The bustling lifestyles of modern people might result in insufficient time for preparing or having meals. 7-SELECT instant soup series provides easy-to-cook and convenient instant soup. The packaging design includes a variety of soup names and pattern designs, which differentiate the flavors and associate the consumers with the Eastern and Western styles of soup. In addition, to satisfy the needs of consumers who purchase at convenient stores, a large merchandise photo is used as the background to send precise and correct information of the merchandise to the consumers in the shortest period of time. The overall color combination intensifies the contrast with other merchandise on the shelf. Furthermore, unique colors are allocated to heighten the characteristics of the soup and to increase consumers’ purchase intention.

    During travel, imprinting lasting memories are derived from those blink of a moment touching experiences! Thus the packaging series is set on “Imprints of a Journey” as the design concept. Simple modest painting techniques used to demonstrate the hot climate and warm humanity felt across the fields as well as appreciated throughout the mountain scenic. In Taiwan's most authentic customs, affectionate imprints of a journey are brought right back to light.

    The wedding cake design is of Chinese style essence, for which many elements of traditional wedding bearing centuries of culture and customs are the inspiration. “Phoenix Coronet”, a Chinese tiara for the bride, was bestowed as the title for this cake set. “Red” the designated color that represents all that is good and fortune is the primary palette in the scheme. Other items often appeared in traditional dowry are captured in symbols and transformed into contemporary graphic style that appeals to the newlyweds. With this Wedding cake set, E-g-sain continues its effort to bridge the past and the future in attempt to help create a fond experience and a lasting memory to all customers.

    E-g-sain, a pastry brand since 1975, has taken steps towards rebranding an image to better serve an evolving and competitive market. Using “reminiscence” as the concept, a series of visual design for “Honey Cake”, an originality and the most renown product since E-g-sain’s inception, was derived by retracing the four eras, “The Golden Age of Exploration”, “Japanese Castela”, “Rise of new Taiwan”, “Modern Times”, that signifies not only the development of this novelty but also reflects a microcosm of modern Taiwan history. The connection between palette, memory and current events in life resonates with people. And E-g-sain aims to reposition itself as a brand that synonymous with such resonation by means of visual communication.

    2014 is the year of horse in the Chinese lunar calendar. Instead of presenting just any average horse image, E-g-sain went nostalgia and tracked way back in history, to the 7th century, to the great dynasty of “Tang”, where horses are grand and worshiped. Famed horses owned by emperors, sang by poets, and painted by artists, are researched, studied and then reconstructed through carefully designed graphic images onto E-g-sain’s 2014 Golden Horse Year visual campaign. E-g-sain shares reminiscence to the culture and tradition while presents a thoughtful and modern design approaches.

    Kaohsiung Cishan is famous for the banana. The sweet and fine-quality banana has been very popular for more than a century. Even though the production of the banana is not as good as formerly, people in Cishan still happy to talk about their banana history.

    To promote the banana industry in Cishan, "Banana Friendship" developed this banana pineapple cake with the shape of banana to make a strong impression of Cishan. Therefore, we decided to design this packaging into the image of harvest - a basket fill with bananas. We design the interlaced woven texture on the outer packaging. the cover of the packaging is the hollows form, so you can see not only the single packaging inside it, but also find out the printing image of a banana pineapple cake covered by the oiled-paper on the everyone of it.

    The target audience of this product is the traveler. The flat packaging can be carried conveniently. For a foreign traveler, it can be put into the luggage much more easily.

    Zhong Yong Gong is a religion in Taiwanese Hakka culture. It symbols the spirit of loyalty and righteousness. In order to promote the spirit and culture of Zhong Yong Gong. PTRCO developed the “Zhong Yong Gong Figure”. It’s not only a figure doll, but also have a bottle of “Lucky Ash” under it . The Lucky Ash is believed to bring the good luck.

    We designed an unique carton with the structure and decoration of Zhong Yi Cih (a temple which is built to worship Zhong Yong Gong) .We also designed an window at the front of the package. People can see the figure through the window. It looks like a miniature Zhong Yi Cih for the Zhong Yong Gong Figure.

    This package can not only protect the product but also display it as well. Moreover, it can be stacked and transported in a space-saving manner.

    Taiwan Centennial Blessing Tea Gift Set were carefully selected as four of Taiwan’s premium tea, and the package is surrounded by the four words (福祿壽囍FU-LU-SHOU-XI) of blessing to celebrate Taiwan’s centennial and the use of tea for Taiwanese people to express our sensibilities.

    The historical and artistically designed window decorations typify windows to the Taiwanese lifestyle between a century of culture inheritance and our innovative future.The patterns of these tea gift boxes are reminiscent of traditional imagery used in old Chinese architecture to adorn windows and lampshades. The detailed ornaments symbolise hope, wellness and prosperity as well as the joy of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of China, Taiwan.

    The sophisticated packaging concept consists of an inner box, enveloped by an outer sleeve, containing tea leaves as well as cups. Thanks to its decorative patterning, the outer sleeve can also be used as a lantern. The four differentcoloured boxes are packaged together and can be carried with a delicate loop handle.

    With Pulao Chuang's meat balls and sausages, their ingredients are the onions and salted duck eggs from Checheng, a county in Pingtung city. This place is right well-known for the two ingredients. They taste good and good enough for you to tell they come from nowhere but Checheng. When we worked on the packaging, we tried hard to find out all the elements associated with Checheng. Old town, old map, aborigines, the peninsula in the southernmost Taiwan are all picked and put on the packaging. See, historically meaningful.

    In traditional Tung Kang culture, people bought the fresh seafood with a warping of the bamboo leaf and tied with a ribbon made of same material, It’s a natural and economy way to pack but also full of hospitality.

    Inspired from the traditional warping method, the sakura ice bar package is printed and textured to exactly resemble a bamboo leaf. We transform the bamboo leaf into the recyclable paper material and the ink is also Eco-friendly. The package presents the traditional and hospitality culture, moreover, it also remind people of the delicious sakura shrimps inside the ice bar.

    The Best of Kaohsiung, Longan Honey of Dagangshan” is the honey assessment brand of the Agriculture Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government. Through the unified packaging and designing, integrating the local agricultural resources, marketing the Longang Honey of Dagangshan.

    To make a good start and visibility, integrating the designing from the bottle to the carton packaging. By using the element of honeycomb hexagon that integrates into the designing, emphasize the resource of the pure honey. The hexagonal column glass blottle is decorated with relief lines of honeycomb. The Longang Honey filled in the crystal-clear glass bottle presents the high quality and the delicious flavor. The carton appears the unique hollow hexagon, the solid shape has both protection and presentation functions of the product. The design of the carton uses yellow for the ground with the black stripes, intensify the imagery of bees, the packaging shall be eye-catching and recognizable. Through the red and golden certified labels shows the class the products. The golden ribbon highlights and product, provide a higher sense of quality.

    By reforming the designing of the packaging image, assisting the upgrade of agriculture, promoting the brand value of the Longan Honey of Dagangshan.

    細品香茗, 台灣山頭凝聚的高冷茗茶滋味 - Taiwan High Mountain Tea

    In this series of six carefully selected Taiwan's famous high-altitude mountain top tea nurtured by appealing for "Lishan, Hsi-tou, Alishan, Acacia Hill, Yu Ling, Chilaishan" between the different altitude mountain the scattered escaping different tolerance, corresponding to a "maple, bamboo, cedar, plum, pine, lily" plants, but also the representatives of the "red-bellied tit, Tau birds, millet robins, burgundy Suzaku, Taiwan Xiaoying, gold Wing browed "six kinds of forest birds, so different natural ecological landscape, condensed in the cold forming characteristics of Taiwan's high tea, metamorphosis to create a distinctive taste throat rhyme tea.

    Doling Fonso, located in Guanmiau where people believe in Guan Yu and dedicate to local culture, launched the first pineapple gift box with Guan Yu’s righteous-look portrait on it.People heard about Guan Yu. He is a symbolic figure in the three kingdoms and well-known for excellence at fighting battles. The most famous battle he’d fought is he road an Akhal Teke, a horse breed, to war alone.

    Such fearless bravery is far beyond anything we could imagine, isn’t it.

    When TROONION Design got this case, we pictured it, tried as hard as possible to design it, and that’s the reason why you can see an Akhal Teke, a Green-Dragon Crescent-Moon saber, a red cloak and Guan Yu himself for sure on the packaging. It looks like as if a real person in a red cloak riding a horse and holding a saber tightly in his hand gets ready for a fight alone. Both Doling Fonso and its packaging are inspired by Guan Yu’s story. We are helping to recall each one’s memory about Guan Yu, meanwhile, we’re telling each one all the things about Doling Fonso. We think, for a new-born brand, it’ll be quite a way to make consumers remember it forever and ever.
